php fusion mods - top news panel

Arrgh, its been a long time for me not making a code with PHP, now, after stucking my time with observing and modifying php-fusion codes (See adding re-captcha to php-fusion) . Now, here i am, start making my own modules for php-fusion, its been so fun when u remember how to do it, yeah its been a while... yeah, its not a fantastic thing(code), but gives me (much)a pleasure ..
